Testing the smoothie waters


Today I tried a new smoothie combination. It was pretty good except for the strong taste of Kiwi. I probably should have added only half a kiwi rather than a whole kiwi.

Today’s ingredients included:

1 cup chopped pineapple
1 1/2 cup sliced peaches
1 cup dark sweet cherries
1 whole Kiwi (Try half a kiwi as the taste can be too strong)
1 cup chopped broccoli
2 large leaves of lettuce

I want to incorporate more vegetables into my smoothie combinations, but still preserve the sweet taste that I enjoy. Maybe next time I’ll add some tomatoes, cucumber, and carrots to the mixture. Stay tuned.
